Brown County Recorder's Office, Probate Court and Clerk of Courts holds an annual "Good Deeds" seminar, now in its fourth year, explaining the estate planning process, probate and real estate deed s. Jim Schroeder spoke on Digital Assets and Trusts and other excellent attorneys and professionals covered other topics.

This is a great service to the community. We would love to help other counties get this started.

We have a great project going on right now. A local craftsman woodworker Dale Zornes is working on building us a new conference table for our offices at the Scott House. The wood came from a tree that fell on the School Board property next door and is going to be repurposed and make its way to the Scott House to be part of its rich history. Progress continues and maybe by the end of the year this conversation piece will be home!
