Honored to share that Ira Wiesner and Daniel Smith have once again been recognized by Florida Super Lawyers for 2026.
Ira has earned this distinction for the 17th consecutive year — every year from 2010 through 2026. Daniel has been named a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star for the 6th consecutive year, from 2021 through 2026. Super Lawyers selects only the top 5% of attorneys in each state, and Rising Stars recognizes no more than 2.5%.
This recognition belongs as much to our clients and the Sarasota community as it does to us. Advocating for older adults and their families in elder law, estate planning, Medicaid planning, probate, and guardianship is work we're deeply committed to — and being trusted with those matters means everything.
