Happy Fall everyone! Our firm has been extremely busy over the past year. Our staff and families remain healthy and strong despite the challenges of Covid19. We have much to be grateful for as we prepare to sew up 2021 and move forward into 2022.

COVID- 19 #2 Update (as of April 3, 2020):

The Payne Law Group is fully operational. However, pursuant to the Governor’s Stay At Home Order, most of our personnel are working remotely, and our physical office is closed to the public through April 30, 2020.

Please contact us by phone at 941-487-2800, or you may email or direct dial the party you wish to reach at his or her regular email address or office phone number.

We are still conducting signings in our parking lot for time sensitive matters. However, as we have limited personnel on site, please be sure to schedule any signings in advance.

Dear Clients and Colleagues:

We want to let you know that The Payne Law Group remains in full operation. However, in light of COVID-19, we are conducting most of our operations remotely. You can still reach us via phone and email in the same fashion as if we were all in our office.

We are conducting client conferences via phone and video conference whenever possible. For signing estate planning documents, we will still meet with clients at our office. For safety, we will conduct these signings with the clients remaining in their vehicles, and with our staff remaining at a safe distance in the parking lot. Hand sanitizing will be done at the beginning of the signing, and sanitized pens will be utilized. In the event of inclement weather, we will conduct the signing in our conference room to maintain social distancing.

Our mission remains the same: to serve and honor God, our clients, the members of our firm and the community by practicing law with honesty, integrity, respect, and excellence.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we all adjust to the new normal!

Electrical work should only be performed by a licensed electrician in full compliance with all local and federal construction codes.
