📊 September 2024 Sarasota & Manatee Real Estate Market Update
The latest market report from the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee shows a noticeable slowdown in sales across both counties. Here are the key trends:

📉 Sales Down: Double-digit declines in sales for single-family homes and condos.
🏡 Price Adjustments: Median prices are stabilizing or slightly dropping.
⬆️ Inventory Growth: Inventory is up significantly, suggesting a more balanced market.
In Sarasota, single-family sales dropped 18.9% with a median price of $490K. In Manatee, sales fell 13% and the median price hit $470K—the lowest in 2024. Both counties saw longer times to contract and rising inventory levels.
