For those following the Homeowner Benefit Agreements, the Florida Attorney General now finds them to be in violation of Florida law and a way to take advantage of Florida homeowners. At this time, Attorney General Ashley Moody has taken legal action against MV Realty, asking for injunctive and monetary relief based on deceptive, unfair and unconscionable business practices.
