A 10% rating and a 70% rating are not the same life. The difference is nearly $1,600 a month, free VA healthcare, education benefits for your dependents, and a path to TDIU eligibility. πŸ“‹

Many veterans are sitting at a low rating, not because their disabilities are minor, but because their claim was never built correctly. Symptoms were downplayed. Evidence was missing. The C&P exam did not reflect their worst days. βš–οΈ

Your VA disability rating should reflect the true impact of your service on your life. If it does not, that is not something you have to accept.

Are you rated accurately? If you are not sure, that is reason enough to find out. 🀍

Most veterans don't know the full scope of what a VA-accredited law firm can actually do for them. This carousel breaks it down. πŸ“‹

Veterans Affairs Law handles VA disability claims and appeals at every stage, from first-time filers to Higher Level Reviews and the Board of Veterans Appeals. If you have been denied or underrated, the fight is not over. βš–οΈ

We also represent surviving family members pursuing Dependency and Indemnity Compensation, Survivors' Pension, and discharge upgrades through the Board for Correction of Military Records.

And it does not stop there. VA pension claims, Aid and Attendance benefits, correcting errors in service records, and upgrading military documentation are all part of what we do every day.

Six services. One mission. Getting veterans and their families every benefit they earned. 🀍

Most veterans don't know this benefit exists. And it could change everything. πŸ“‹

TDIU, or Total Disability Based on Individual Unemployability, allows veterans to receive 100% VA compensation even if their combined rating is below 100%. If your service-connected disability prevents you from maintaining substantially gainful employment, you may qualify regardless of your current rating. βš–οΈ

Many veterans are working with a 60% or 70% rating, struggling to hold a job because of their disability, and leaving full benefits on the table simply because no one told them TDIU was an option.

You served. You sacrificed. The fact that your disability now limits your ability to work is not a personal failure. It is a compensable reality. 🀍

If this sounds like your situation, let us look at your case.

If you have PTSD from your military service and you have never filed a VA claim, this carousel is for you. πŸŽ—οΈ

PTSD is a recognized, compensable disability. The VA is required to rate it, and the rating scale goes from 0% all the way to 100% depending on how your symptoms impact your work, your relationships, and your daily life. Many veterans are living with significant impairment and receiving little to nothing because their claim was never filed correctly or never filed at all.

You do not need a combat record to qualify. Qualifying stressors include Military Sexual Trauma, witnessing death or serious injury, threats to your life during service, and training accidents. πŸ“‹

If your PTSD claim was denied, it is usually because of a missing nexus letter, an understated C&P exam, or an incomplete stressor statement. Every single one of those issues can be fixed. A denial is not the end. It is the beginning of your appeal. βš–οΈ

Veterans Affairs Law fights PTSD claims every day. Let us review your case and tell you where you stand.

Not all VA representation is equal. And that difference can change the outcome of your claim. βš–οΈ

A VA-accredited attorney is legally authorized to represent veterans before the Department of Veterans Affairs. That means they can build your claim, gather medical evidence and nexus letters, represent you at appeals and hearings, and challenge ratings that do not reflect the true extent of your disability. πŸ“‹

A VSO can help you file. An attorney fights for your outcome. When your claim has been denied, delayed, or underrated, that distinction matters more than most veterans realize.

You do not have to navigate the VA system alone, and you do not have to settle for a rating that does not reflect your sacrifice. 🀍

Women veterans are filing VA claims at a higher rate than ever before. And they are still being denied, underrated, and overlooked at alarming rates. πŸŽ–οΈ

Many women veterans face unique barriers when filing VA disability claims. MST, PTSD, reproductive health conditions, and service-connected injuries are frequently dismissed or rated too low. The VA system was not built with women veterans in mind, and that has real consequences for the benefits they have earned and deserve. βš–οΈ

If you are a woman veteran who has been denied, given a low rating, or told your condition is not service-connected, that is not the final answer. You have the right to fight for what you are owed. 🀍

Veterans Affairs Law is here for every veteran. No runaround. No jargon. Real advocacy.
