Happy client says “Thank you for your super services and excellent diligence with my case”. That’s how we roll.
These rogue cops, led by Chief of Police Bernadette DiPino, aren’t put on administrative leave while under criminal investigation. Unheard of! They operate under their own made up laws. That’s your law enforcement people. Wake up!

You are so right Tom. There are many good cops out there and these actions are harmful to them. Thanks to those who did the right thing.

I'm just saying...I'm not taking sides. Baltimore State Attorney says she needs "probable cause" to bring charges. I beg to differ. As a former prosecutor, a prosecutor brings charges when they believe they can prove the charges to a jury beyond a reasonable doubt. Police arrest in probable cause, a prosecutor's burden is much higher.
But I see no reason why she should recuse herself. She's the elected official.
Another happy client. Picked a jury and the State got scared. Charges dropped after having asked for 5 years prison. On a bad case w no evidence. Like we say, "They have to through US to get to YOU". Not getting past on this one
An article worth reading. Officer safety does not trump the Constitution. Written by officers themselves.

Spend time at any law enforcement training facility in the country and you will likely hear a familiar refrain, “Officer safety is our number one priority.” In fact, this may be the most revered of our guiding principles. When considered figuratively, it can create appropriately strong motivation fo…
2 motions to suppress granted by the judge due to unlawful activity by law enforcement. The Constitution is still alive and we still have judges that take seriously their oath of office to uphold that Constitution. I stand proud today

The new team...always improving.
As a criminal defense lawyer who followed the verdict in the case of The State of Florida vs George Zimmerman, it is my belief that the jury reached the correct and just verdict.
This case was not about race. The police initially did a complete and thorough investigation and determined Mr. Zimmerman should not be charged. The case was filed because people and the media made it about race and Angela Corey and her "team" do not understand the Stand Your Ground and self-defense law.
The American Justice system is not perfect, but it is the best in the world.
The event was a tragedy but this was the correct verdict.
Peace to all
This is just wrong.

A five-year legislative fight to ban texting while driving on Florida roadways ended Thursday when the Senate sent a texting ban (SB 52) to Gov. Rick Scott. The final 39-1 vote came after a last-minute controversy emerged this week when the House attached an amendment to the bill that critics said c...
