Has your company complied with the new FinCEN beneficial ownership interest reporting requirement? Do you know what the requirement is? All companies - with very limited exception - must comply. Companies in existence as of January 1, 2024 have until the end of the year, and newly formed companies have 90 days from formation to comply.

Many companies are required to report information to FinCEN about the individuals who ultimately own or control them. FinCEN began accepting reports on January 1, 2024. Learn more about reporting deadlines.
