We toured six homes in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, and eliminated for almost immediately🏡

Not because of the kitchens, bathrooms, or floorplans.

❌ one didn’t allow the fence my buyers needed for their dog.
❌ one had an older roof that raised concerns.
❌ one had HOA fees that didn’t make sense for their lifestyle.
❌ one simply wasn’t in the right location.

These are things you don’t always discover scrolling through Zillow from another state.

If you were planning to move to Lakewood Ranch or Sarasota, Florida, know what to look for before you fall in love with a home, you can save your time, money and disappointment.

I’m a Lakewood Ranch resident Realtor, helping buyers navigate the details that matter.

What’s your biggest dealbreaker when buying a home in Florida?

Welcome home to Emerald Landing at Waterside in Lakewood Ranch! 🏡✨

Congratulations to our newest Lakewood Ranch resident! Our client was relocating from Naples to Lakewood Ranch and after learning exactly what she wanted in her next home and lifestyle, I immediately knew that Emerald Landing at Waterside would be the perfect fit.

Emerald Landing offers some of the most urban-style living in all of Lakewood Ranch, blending walkability, social energy, and waterfront views. This stunning three-story model townhome overlooks beautiful Kingfisher Lake and was purchased as a leaseback opportunity.

So how does a model home leaseback work? Our client owns the property while the builder continues using the home as a model and pays her rent during the lease period. Once the builder is ready to close out the model, she takes occupancy of her fully furnished home.

This incredible townhome comes professionally designed and fully furnished, while being just steps from Waterside Place — one of Lakewood Ranch’s most vibrant destinations featuring waterfront dining, boutique shopping, the weekly farmers market, Ranch Nite Wednesdays, live music, and an unmatched social lifestyle.

Looking for model home leaseback opportunities in Lakewood Ranch, Waterside, Sarasota, or surrounding Southwest Florida communities? We specialize in helping buyers understand leaseback opportunities and finding homes that match both lifestyle and investment goals.
