The systematic dismantling of the immigration courts is heartbreaking to watch. Seeing it hit our local San Francisco and Concord immigration courts and take fair judges, who our attorneys have both won and lost cases in front of, is just devastating.

A total of 15 Bay Area immigration judges have been fired since President Trump took office. Judges say the firings will create massive backlogs, while the DOJ says that judges who have "systemic bias" will be terminated.
