Some people may not understand how difficult the DMV is when a client gets a DUI. Besides dealing with the court, the DMV is a separate entity that has their own process. The hearing officer is the judge, jury, and executioner. Having your license suspend for 6 or 12 months is NOT easy to navigate in this day in age. It is always a great feeling when we open our mail with good news to provide to our clients.
