What if the most meaningful part of success isn’t the deals we close—but the lives we impact along the way?

Yesterday at our monthly Compass 30A team meeting, I walked away feeling incredibly grateful—and deeply inspired.

I’m surrounded by some of the top real estate professionals in our market—people who truly sharpen each other. But what stood out most wasn’t just the collaboration or excellence… it was the heart behind it.

Through my nonprofit work, I had previously connected a colleague to Children In Crisis, Inc.—and now she’s chosen to make them the charitable focus of her upcoming wedding instead of receiving gifts. So powerful.

Then another colleague shared how she’s using her newly written book on motherhood to help provide essential items for moms in need—and we’re now getting to come alongside her in that mission.

At this stage of my life, I’m focused on legacy over everything. I want my life to outlive me. So seeing that same heart in the people I work alongside… it truly means everything.

Yes, we’ll take exceptional care of you in real estate—but the character and purpose behind who you work with matters too 🤍
