It started with one simple sentence:

“I’m just looking for my brother.”

She wasn’t looking for herself. Her brother wasn’t seriously thinking about moving. On the surface, there wasn’t much of a “lead” there.

But instead of stopping there, I got curious.

I asked a few deeper questions. We talked. We connected.

And eventually I found out what was really behind that first sentence…

It was a dream of hers to have her brother live closer.

She just didn’t really believe it would happen.

She trusted me enough to connect me with him, even though he wasn’t serious about moving at the time.

Fast forward…

For the last two months, we’ve been keeping a pretty big secret from her.

Because her brother didn’t just decide to move closer.

He didn’t just move to the same town.

We found him a house ACROSS THE STREET FROM HIS SISTER.

Today, he finally got to surprise her.

He showed up, brought her over to see his “new house”… and she realized her brother was now going to be her neighbor.

Across. The. Street. ❤️

This picture is the moment.

I run multiple businesses. I coach a ton of real estate agents. I run a real estate business, I speak on stages. I teach conversion, systems and how to build a better business.

But THIS is what I live for.

The moments that remind me that behind every “lead” is a person.

Behind every question is usually a deeper story.

Sometimes we get to play a small part in helping someone live out a dream they didn’t think was possible.

This one will stick with me for a long time.

Cheers to this brother and sister for new traditions,more memories and of course some beach days too!

God is giving you what you are asking for, it’s just showing up a different way then you want it to.

God gives us a opportunity to create the character we pray, he doesn’t just hand over the character, we must earn it.

1. We ask God for patience: He allows us to encounter delays and waiting periods, teaching us to be calm and composed.

2. We ask God for generosity: He puts us in situations where others need our help, encouraging us to give freely.

3. We ask God for courage: He places us in situations where we must face our fears and take bold actions.

4. We ask God for gratitude: He gives us experiences that make us realize the value of what we have.

5. We ask God for compassion: He exposes us to the suffering of others, prompting us to show empathy and kindness.

6. We ask God for creativity: He presents us with problems that require innovative solutions and new ways of thinking.

7. We ask God for discipline: He gives us tasks that require focus and consistent effort, helping us develop self-control.

8. We ask God for faithfulness: He allows us to face temptations and distractions, teaching us to stay committed.

9. We ask God for humility: He puts us in roles where we must serve others, helping us to stay grounded and modest.

10. We ask God for resilience: He gives us trials and setbacks, teaching us to bounce back and persevere.

11. We ask God for better judgment: He presents us with complex decisions, teaching us to weigh options carefully and consider the consequences.

12. We ask God for kindness: He places us in situations with people who need our understanding and compassion, encouraging us to act with kindness.

13. We ask God for better reactions to situations: He puts us in challenging circumstances, teaching us to respond thoughtfully and calmly rather than reacting impulsively.

14. We ask God for perspective: He gives us diverse experiences and viewpoints, helping us see things from different angles and understand the bigger picture.

Happy Birthday to the absolute best—my beautiful wife. ❤️

Life is nonstop. Between the chaos, the kids, the puppy, and everything in between, you somehow keep all of us together. You remember every little detail for everyone else… even if it means forgetting your own shoes because you’re so busy making sure the rest of us have everything we need. 😂

Your heart for people is one of the things I admire most. You’re an incredible friend, an amazing mom, and without a doubt my very best friend. I’m beyond grateful that I get to do life with you.

My prayer for this next year is that it’s filled with unforgettable memories, deep joy, peace, love, guidance, and grace. You are always capturing special moments with your camera and writing down your gratitude- my hope is that this year brings you even more moments worth capturing and celebrating.

And one thing I still can’t figure out… how do you keep getting more beautiful every single year? I’m definitely not complaining. ❤️
