Covered the whole stretch of road today. School drop off then morning 10k run from Dune Allen to Blue Mountain Beach (and back), brunch with girlfriends in Alys at Indaco - shout out to Executive Chef Dakota Watson 👏, followed by a wind down at Shunk Gulley

I do love this life and am grateful every day

Blue Mountain Beach is a vibe and Sea Bluff is the hidden beachfront community that you never knew existed. Most drive or walk right by it

Recently retired and ready for a fresh start on the Emerald Coast, she bought her home from out of state without ever needing to be here for closing.

From virtual tours to inspections, local recommendations, and a remote closing, we took it one step at a time so the process felt manageable—not overwhelming.

Beyond real estate - giving back to the community that we love. Arthur has been part of the running community since we adopted him 2 years ago. It’s helped him prepare for wheels and to not get distracted by passers by.
He’s also a great ambassador for pet friendly living along 30A and in Destin.
