People are starting to redefine what “luxury” actually means.💭

For a while, bigger always sounded better.
More rooms. More features. More things to show off.

But lately, a lot of buyers are walking into huge homes and quietly realizing…
“I don’t actually want to take care of all this.”❌

The homes people connect with most right now usually aren’t the fanciest ones.
They’re the ones that feel peaceful, functional, easy to live in, and designed around real life instead of just appearances.

It’s been a rough few days, weeks, months, this year in Real Estate. The market is tougher than ever, some people are a dream, others can treat us a bit like a commodity or stepping stone. I have thick skin, but some days, it just kinda hits. Being real here!

This past Weds was such a HUGE win for us at H.E.R.E. Still a little speechless about this one. 🤍

What makes it so special is that it was a complete surprise.

I think a lot more people are feeling this lately than they realize.💭

Not necessarily wanting a massive upgrade… just wanting everyday life to feel a little easier again.🙌

More breathing room.
More calm.
More functionality.
More space that actually fits the season of life they’re in now.

And honestly, realizing you’ve outgrown a house doesn’t always mean you need to move immediately.

But it usually means something in your life has shifted.✨

Listing shoots are basically adult field trips with better outfits and mild chaos 😂

Real estate is basically a roller coaster, but you don’t realize it until you’re already strapped in 🎢

One minute it’s “offer accepted!!” next it’s “wait… what do you mean the Buyer can’t perform??”

We go from celebrating → stressing → overthinking → back to celebrating
all in like, 72 hours 😅

This deal was such a good reminder that getting into contract is only part of the job. 🏡

Winning against multiple offers (including cash) was huge, but the real work started once escrow opened.

Between appraisal challenges and SB326 issues, this transaction had a few moments that could’ve easily gone sideways without strong communication and problem-solving from our experienced team.

So excited for our buyers and very grateful we got to help guide them through every part of the process, not just the exciting parts at the beginning. 🤍
