Why Was My Work Visa Denied - Your application can be denied for several reasons. The USCIS has a certain number of qualifications that the employer must meet before the work visa can be granted. The employer must be knowledgeable and up-to-date on these requirements. Another reason the visa could be denied is if the USCIS determines that the employer filing the I-129 petition is not the same person that will be managing your work. Finally, a work visa could be denied if the job isn't a real position.
