I talk about things Modern Agents like myself do differently on here quite a bit, but this is a big one I haven't shared.

In this market where everyone is offering over asking price and skipping inspections and even buying site-unseen, I encourage my clients to really evaluate what the house is worth to THEM.

Because I know what it takes to win in a multiple offer situation...but what good is winning when you pay more than you're comfortable with?

If the price of a home costs you your peace, it's too expensive.

Today there is so much pressure to impress other people, that they are sacrificing their sanity, time with their families and the enjoyment of their lives.

If I'm guiding my client and I get the feeling they're not comfortable with what's happening, I stop and remind them that what really truly matters are their priorities...their goals...their peace.

At the end of the day, I want you to not only get the keys to a home...I want you to be filled with peace and joy and be FREE to live the life you long to live there. Your home should be a vessel, not a burden. 🏡
