estate disputes, and much more. The Firm also handles personal injury litigation. No Set Fee Structure: The Firm has no set fee structure, handling both hourly and contingency fee cases. The Firm's goal is to minimize costs and to maximize recovery for the client; the WLG wants to get you ever penny you deserve. Personal Attention: The Firm is dedicated to providing the personal attention and detail that each client and case needs and deserves. The Firm believes that constant communication with the client and continuous discussions of all options, goals, and desires helps achieve the best results and maximizes client satisfaction. In addition to taking cases to trial, the Firm believes that early settlement, including pre-litigation settlement, and the use of alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation and arbitration, are excellent ways to achieve the most advantageous results.
