Santa Clara Journal of International Law

Santa Clara Journal of International Law Founded in 2002, the Santa Clara Journal of International Law's mission is to be at the forefront of scholarly debate in the field of international law.

The Santa Clara Journal of International Law was launched in the spring of 2003 through a collaborative effort of students and faculty. The web-based Journal publishes one volume per year with articles dealings with issues of international and comparative legal scholarship. Articles are published on a rolling timeline to enable the Journal to address global events and issues as they arise. In 2012, the Journal sponsored “Emerging Issues in International Humanitarian Law”.
