March Market Update: As we move into the spring season, we continue to see very low inventory levels in the real estate market in Southern California. We're seeing more and more buyers coming off the sidelines and entering the market as mortgage applications have increased.
Month over month, we have seen prices going up compared to February, but it's important to note that prices are still down from the highs of last year.
