We’ve had too much fun with this, this year 😂 Thank you for nominating us we’re SO honored!! Truly everyone up for Best Real Estate Team is so deserving of that title and we’re humbly grateful to be among them.

5 things being a realtor taught me about buying

1️⃣ Emotion is expensive. The house that makes you gasp is rarely the house that makes financial sense — walk through it twice before you decide which one you’re chasing.

2️⃣ The inspection is not optional. Not even for the “perfect” one. Especially not for the “perfect” one.

3️⃣ Pre-approved ≠ what you should spend. The bank will offer you more than you’re comfortable paying. Know your number before you fall in love.

4️⃣ Negotiate everything, not just price. Closing costs, repairs, timelines — it’s all on the table if you ask.

5️⃣At the end of the day a home is just 4 walls- you’re the one who puts life into it! So don’t stress too much, and find realtors you trust to hold your intentions for you, so you can focus on the big picture.
