Courtney moved from the Sacramento area to attend Westmont College. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in 1998 and later earned her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) She has over 15 years of social service experience with the County of Santa Barbara and for the past ten years she served as the Court Investigator for the Santa Barbara Superior Court. She worked specificall

y for the probate division monitoring conservatorships and guardianships for legal compliance. She left the Court in 2013 and launched her own fiduciary business in an effort to continue assisting the vulnerable adults in the local community. Her approach and dedication provide trustworthy stewardship of you or your loved one's affairs. With the services offered through CI Fiduciary Group, she is able to reach beyond the constraints of public service employment and implement unique and creative solutions to your elder's crisis while respecting each individual's unique and personal lifestyle choices. She is the mother of two young daughters and a photographer by hobby.
