ng from a family of workers compensation attorneys, and his father being a retired workers compensation Judge, Attorney Silberman has literally grown up with workers compensation. He has written law review articles and lectured to bar associations in regards to changes in workers compensation law. Prior to becoming one of the founding partners of Silberman & Lam, LLP, Mr. Silberman was a partner at Silberman Law Offices, LLP. Silberman worked both as a claims adjuster and as a legal extern at the California Court of Appeal for Presiding Justice David Sills. When not working Scott enjoys skiing and scuba diving and spending time with his sons. Sheryl Lam, esq. has experience in many areas of the law including immigration, family law, personal injury and criminal law. She currently devotes her time exclusively to representing injured workers but is able to apply her vast knowledge of the law to the many issues that cross over into workers compensation. In addition to English, Ms. Lam speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and Vietnamese, to assist our clients that speak other languages. Lam is known as a fierce litigator and is well respected by both her clients and her peers while in deposition and in court. Prior to becoming a founding partner at Silberman & Lam, LLP, Ms. Lam was a partner at Silberman Law Office, LLP, and the owner of Law Offices of Sheryl Lam.
