Take note 📝 and always remember!

It’s hard to know what to do, what to say, and what to avoid after getting injured at work.

Here’s what you should know:

✅ Your employer can ask how, when, and where the injury happened.

✅ They can send you to a medical provider — but only if it’s not an emergency.

✅ They have togive you a workers’ comp claim form within one business day.

But there are things they’re not allowed to do:

❌ They can’t ask for your full medical history.

❌ They can’t pressure you to return before your doctor clears it.

❌ And they definitely can’t sue you for filing a claim that’s illegal.

You deserve medical care, and time to heal without being pushed or misled.
