Attorney Lewis went on to receive his Juris Doctorate degree from Florida A&M University College of Law in Orlando, Florida, where he graduated Cum Laude while serving as Senior Editor of the Florida A&M University Law Review, as well as Captain of the Florida A&M 2012-2013 ABA Tax Section Law Student Moot Court Tax Challenge team. Attorney Lewis has published books, articles, and journal pieces in the fields of finance, history, and law. His legal practice in Sanford, Florida has become known for ongoing community and charity work, where he expends great efforts to help the less fortunate members of his community and work with local small businesses. Attorney Lewis was honored to receive the Local 6 WKMG 'Getting Results' Award for his charitable efforts, served 2 years on the Board of Directors of the Greater Sanford Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and was recently appointed to the City of Sanford Planning and Zoning Commission.

It is with an utterly broken heart that I share the passing of my beloved husband. This is all so unreal. Daniel was not just my husband but the love of my life, my rock, and the light of our family. His kindness, generosity, and love for everyone around him were beyond measure. He made every moment brighter and every day better.

I am still struggling to grasp that he’s no longer here with me. Though the pain is overwhelming, I find comfort knowing his spirit and love will live on in all the lives he touched. I am forever grateful for the years we shared, the beautiful memories we created, and the amazing person he was.

The 9th Annual Sock Drive was a HUGE success! Still a dropoff to collect, but we collected over 1800 pairs 🧦 for the 7th straight year!

First drop is to The Picnic Project later this month, then we will be supporting groups & shelters all over the area! THANK YOU ALL! ❤

Daniel R. Lewis relocated to Central Florida in 2006 after 9 years of active duty military service in the United States Air Force. He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Central Florida's Masters' program in History, and a Cum Laude Graduate of Florida A&M College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree while serving as Senior Editor of Florida A&M University Law Review as well as the Captain of the Florida A&M University 2012-2013 Moot Court Tax Law team. Attorney Lewis is a published author of books, articles, and journal pieces in the fields of finance, history, law, and economic growth. Also a licensed Realtor and alternative transportation entrepreneur, his legal practice in Sanford, Florida has become known for ongoing community and charity work, where he expends great efforts to help the less fortunate members of his community and work with local small businesses. Attorney Lewis was honored to receive the Local 6 WKMG 'Getting Results' Award for his charitable community efforts in Sanford, has been the keynote speaker at both Seminole County and the City of Sanford Memorial Day events, has emceed numerous local events such as Sanford Mayoral, Seminole County Commissioner, and Seminole County School Board debates, and has proudly served on the Boards of Directors for several large non-profit organizations over the least 3 years, where he endeavors to promote economic growth in the City of Sanford.
