❌ Adding a pool ✅ It is a major investment with a narrow buyer pool. Pools can even lower value in some areas. 🏊‍♂️

❌ Building an expensive deck ✅ A simple maintenance check or repainting can do wonders without the high cost! 🌳

❌ Personalized upgrades ✅ Keep it neutral! Buyers love blank slates, so stick with off-white or neutral tones. 👩‍🎨
