Have you ever noticed that your home feels different during times of change? ✨

The start of a new school year, an empty nest, a new routine, or a major life transition can affect more than our schedules—it can affect how we feel in the spaces around us.

Our homes have the ability to support us through these moments by creating places of comfort, clarity, and connection.
I love sharing wellness ideas like this because I believe the spaces we live in play an important role in how we experience everyday life. 🏡

If you’re looking for ways to create a healthier, more supportive home, I’d love to be a resource. I can also connect you with my trusted network of healthy home experts who specialize in everything from indoor air quality and water filtration to creating more wellness-focused spaces.

Send me a DM if you’d like to learn more or receive my monthly wellness magazine. 💛

North Fulton was actually its own county for 75 years, and the identity never fully went away.

Milton County existed from 1857 until the Great Depression bankrupted it in 1932, forcing a merger back into Fulton. The name and the rural character stuck around informally for decades, until 2006, when residents voted 85 percent in favor of incorporating a new City of Milton out of unincorporated north Fulton, largely to protect the horse farms and large-lot zoning that development pressure kept threatening. Nearly 20 years later, more than 200 active horse farms still operate inside city limits, with a formal Equestrian Committee and one-acre minimum lots written into the zoning code on purpose.

It's thirty miles from downtown, and it still runs on a completely different rhythm.

Anybody local know a family that's kept horses out there for generations?

The nursery checklist usually includes the crib, stroller, diapers, and adorable outfits… but there’s one thing many parents don’t think about: what’s actually inside the room their baby will spend the most time in. 🍼🏡

The materials, air quality, and design choices in a nursery can all contribute to creating a more supportive space for your little one.

In this month’s WellnessRE Magazine, Amanda Klecker, Certified Building Biology and Certified Professional Inspector, shares “The Biology of the Nursery: A Science-Based Guide to Designing a Toxin-Free Nursery” and explores simple ways parents can create a more supportive environment for their little ones.

If you’d like to read this article and more wellness-focused content, send me a DM and I’d be happy to share this month’s issue with you.

Is your child constantly saying “I’m tired,” feeling overwhelmed, or losing interest in things they usually enjoy? 💛

While a busy week is normal, ongoing exhaustion, irritability, or trouble focusing may be signs your student needs more support and balance.

As a wellness-focused real estate professional, I believe our homes play an important role in how we recharge. A supportive home environment isn’t just about beautiful spaces, it’s about creating a place where our families feel safe, connected, and cared for.

I’m sharing this month’s article, “Recognizing the Signs of Burnout in Students,” with tips to help families spot the warning signs and create more balance during the school year. 🎓✨

Because a healthy home supports the people who live inside it. 🏡
