A pre-listing inspection can uncover potential issues before your home hits the market—and before a buyer finds them. It gives you time to address problems, avoid unexpected negotiations, and head into the sale prepared. Scary inspections are the #1 reason contracts terminate, and you can avoid it from the beginning (and you will have to address the issues anyway!)
