Eric I love you and hate Trump but if the country wants to pay for tenants who cannot afford the rent, it should do so. Instead you are trying to dump this responsibility on landlords who are also liable for a mortgage and have been impacted by this virus. While you have cried foul on evictions, you have supported legislation that allows landlords to be sued while tenants hold their homes hostage using the moratorium as a means to freeload off hardworking Americans who worked hard and sacrificed to get a rental. What relief are you giving them ? This is a complete travesty of justice. You need to help them just like you are helping tenants.
