Hey all, I periodically receive newsletters from this group. I don't work with them personally, but this brochure does a thorough job of recounting some common pitfalls people hit by ignoring Estate Planning, or not doing with the right professional guidance.

Do you know that I do 25 hours of Continuing Legal Education every 3 years and 24 hours every 2 years to maintain my legal and life/health insurance licenses. It definitely helps keep you up to date in your practice area.
I was also renewing my Notary license every 4 years until 2025. I work with so many people remotely now, that I wasn't acting as a Notary very often. But, you can find a local notary who travels nearby and have them come to your house, or find out if there's one at your bank.
