Attorney Muky Dai graduated from University of California, Berkeley and earned her Juris Doctor degree from Chapman University Fowler School of Law. Prior to becoming an attorney, she gained extensive hands-on experience as a legal assistant, developing a strong foundation in legal procedures and case management. She is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and has participated in pro bono legal services with Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County and the Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law, with a focus on immigration and family law matters. The firm is dedicated to delivering strategic, client-centered legal solutions. Its services include investment-based immigration, employment-based immigration (PERM), extraordinary ability petitions, various visa applications, adjustment of status, fiancé(e) and marriage-based cases, naturalization, as well as responses to requests for evidence and appeals.
