Requirements:
It’s state law that you have to have your real estate license in order to be an apartment locator. But you do not have to pay board fees to any MLS. Our broker pays for you to have 24-7 online access to thousands of apartments.

What to expect:
Training will be provided by our experienced management team so that you are as best prepared for success as you can be.
You have to have your real estate license active in order to start training.
Our office is located in San Marcos, TX so most of our office leads will be for San Marcos. But we will also occasionally receive leads for Kyle, Buda, and New Braunfels.
You’ll receive a desk space, computer, office phone, and more!
We have generous and competitive commission splits!
