Most people have played Monopoly before.

And the objective of the game is simple:
Own assets.
Acquire property.
Build wealth.

Because the people who own the board eventually control the game.

Real life works the same way.

For six years, Kolby McAfee served our country as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. Today, he continues supporting the military community through his work as a military representative with Grainger.

But like so many renters, Kolby realized something important:

Renting meant he was helping someone else play the game better.

Every monthly payment was building his landlord’s wealth instead of his own.

When we sat down together, the conversation became bigger than simply “buying a house.” It became about understanding how ownership changes your financial future — building equity, creating leverage, creating options, and using the VA Home Loan benefits he earned through his service.
