👋 Meet the Professionals 💼 Shelley Triggs is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist; a trained Collaborative Divorce Coach; and she also teaches parenting skills and strategies classes. Her areas of emphasis are psychotherapy with couples, parents, children, and adolescents.

As a Divorce Coach, Shelley’s role on our team is to help the divorcing couple deal with the emotional challenges of their divorce, using her professional background and extensive training. She is particularly interested in supporting her clients to effectively communicate their concerns and interests throughout this period of transition. She approaches each such transition with dignity and respect for the individuals to promote a positive future direction.
