Blaine pays it forward by dedicating his time and expertise to helping veterans navigate legal challenges. In his spare time, Blaine enjoys sailing his Cal 20 and Cal 25. A fun fact about Blaine is that he dreams of sailing to Hawaii one day.

Blaine M. Brown of OC Trial Group, APC successfully secured a significant pre-trial settlement of $1,944,900 on behalf of a beneficiary in a trust litigation case. The lawsuit was filed against the trustee for breach of fiduciary duty, resulting in a favorable outcome for our client. This litigation victory also provided several other beneficiaries the benefit of the client’s efforts, bringing the total settlement amount to over $5,500,000.
