Richard Wingerden’s interest in the legal profession was sparked while he was an undergraduate in Political Science at San Jose State University. His legal experience began in 1991 at the Santa Clara County Public Defender’s Office. The one and a half year long internship provided him with firsthand experience in the criminal justice system, which solidified his commitment to the legal profession.
Mr. Wingerden is well respected in the community and has a solid reputation through trust-based interactions with judges, district attorneys, criminal defense bar, investigators, business community, and clients. Mr. Wingerden takes great pride in representing clients to the fullest and will always be a strong advocate no matter what the issue is. You will never be a number or just a case to him, you will always be a client that he knows.
Choosing the right attorney will be the most important decision you can make when facing a legal issue, such as being charged with a misdemeanor or felony, deciding how to set up your estate for your heirs, or the formation of a business entity for an important venture.
