Would love your input on which image to use for my business card, open house signs and listing panels... My new company name is TULIP REAL ESTATE PLANNERS... Tulip to signify my Dutch roots! And I needed new photos so people would recognize me when they meet me in person:-).

Check out this flyer and www.wildwood86.com. I am helping friends sell their manufactured home in a wonderful 55+ community in Flagstaff, AZ. They had to move down to the Phoenix area because of health issues that did not do well in our high elevation environment. For those of you who think all of Arizona is hot, dry and all desert... I would like to set the record straight. Flagstaff sits at 7000 ft elevation. It is where people from Phoenix and Tucson come in the summer to escape the heat and in the winter come to ski at Snowbowl! And it is on the way to the Grand Canyon.

If you or someone you know has ever thought about Arizona as an option to retire to, call me. Besides having my CA brokers license since 1990, I am now licensed in Arizona as well. I would love to be your guide and dispel all the myths about AZ!
