He got into this field through past jobs โ€” at T-Mobile he worked with customers on promotions and financing, a lot like how loans work. Before Pacificwide he worked at boba shops and did accounting internships, and he's from Gilroy. Fun fact: James seems shy at first, but he's social and outgoing once he's comfortable.
