Loquaci graduated with high honors, in 1973, from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 1976, he obtained his Juris Doctor, cm laude, from the University of Santa Clara School of Law. While attending law school, Mr. Loquaci clerked for the Honorable Edward A. Panelli (Retired), Judge of the Santa Clara County Superior Court. Loquaci has been a member of Mitchell, Gingerich & Loquaci, a Professional Corporation, since 1997. Prior thereto, he was associated with Smith, Loquaci & Bently (Menlo Park), Nelson Perlov & Lee (Los Altos) and Thoits, Lehman & Love (Palo Alto).
