ℹ️ Attention business owners: Don't get caught scrambling at the end of the year for your receipts. Especially if a business expense was paid in cash. The most efficient method is to take a picture and upload them to your QuickBooks or other financial tracking software, and organize your receipts by month ✍🏼

In September 2025 the IRS announced that they were going to start phasing out mailing refund checks. If you received this letter, the IRS is requesting your bank information to deposit either your refund or interest owed to you.

ℹ️ If you have an IRS account, you're able to add your bank information online.
ℹ️ However, if you're new to opening an IRS account, you will need to have 2 forms of identification to verify your identity.
ℹ️ If you have an ITIN you will need to provide your initial ITIN letter CP 565 along with another form of identification.
