Dunn & Panagotacos is pleased to announce that DPLLP Partner Loren Schwartz recently secured a $2 million settlement on behalf of an injured worker who sustained fractures involving his pelvis, back, and left arm after falling 19 feet off the side of an unguarded elevated working surface.

DPLLP is dedicated to protecting the rights of workers, ensuring that injured workers are fully and fairly compensated for their injuries, and promoting safety in the workplace.

After a year of litigation and following an initial settlement offer of $5,000, DPLLP Partner Loren Schwartz recently secured a $1.1 million settlement on behalf of a painter who sustained multiple fractures involving both of his feet after the scaffolding which he was working on collapsed.

The settlement, among other things, compensates this client for his inability to return to work and earn income as a painter while also ensuring that he is able to access high quality medical care moving forward.
