What You’ll Do:

- Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent service
- Assist customers with packing and shipping packages using PostalMate
- Help customers open and manage private mailbox rentals
- Provide printing, copying, scanning, shredding, and laminating services
- Check and respond to store emails and customer inquiries throughout the day
- Answer phones and assist customers with questions professionally and warmly
- Process transactions accurately through our POS system
- Keep the store (front counters, retail area, workspaces, and backrooms) clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Recommend services or upgrades that improve the customer experience
- Communicate important issues or requests to management
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
Complete miscellaneous tasks and projects as needed
- Proactively suggest improvements to systems or processes when you see opportunities. We value your ideas and want to grow better together!

We are looking for someone who is:

- Friendly and customer-focused
- Reliable and punctual
- Organized and detail-oriented
- A proactive problem-solver that takes initiative
- Great communicator (in person, phone, and email)
- Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
- Experience with shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS is helpful but not required, we provide full training.
