Northern California International Arbitration Club NCIAC regularly provides opportunities for discussion, continuing legal education and other professional development, all focused on international arbitration.

NCIAC is a community of professionals who share an interest in international arbitration and seek to facilitate the practice of it in California at the very highest level. The continuing globalization of business transactions has lead to greater demands for resolution of commercial disputes through international arbitration and mediation. California is in many ways an ideal venue for such arbitrat

ions, with its international appeal, vibrant economy, world-class facilities, and location on the Pacific Rim. The NCIAC serves as a resource for international arbitration and mediation practitioners, whether they be lawyers, arbitrators, experts, or other professionals, as well as companies and organizations seeking to use international arbitration in their commercial endeavors. It is also NCIAC's pleasure to host meetings and social events with our colleagues around the world as they visit California.
