An historic first and Newdorf Legal was there. David Newdorf argued a case for the City of Palo Alto in front of the first all-female panel of appellate justices in San Jose on May 15, 2018. The justices did not mention the historic nature of that day's panel before they heard arguments that day.

Atlanta's WSB-TV reported on a lawsuit co-counseled by Newdorf Legal and Hersh & Hersh, P.C., pending in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit (Atlanta, GA).

Several mothers across the United States, Canada and U.K. have filed claims against Atlanta-based s***m bank, Xytex, amid the discovery their s***m donor’s profile was a lie.
