🎉 Sold! Congratulations to my happy home seller who just closed out the year with the sale of an inherited family home! As the trustee of the estate, he was responsible for selling the home for the highest price possible. With decades of deferred maintenance, and currently living out of state, he definitely had his work cut out for him. 🏚️➡️✨🏡 Fortunately, he hired to completely revamp the home to make it shine for a new family to enjoy!
