Success story from a weekday open house
How funny — but also very real: we just got under contract at 870 Harrison St #302.
In real estate, most open houses are typically held on weekends. Personally, I prefer to structure my schedule a bit differently and host weekday open houses whenever possible — sometimes at 9AM, 2PM, or even 4:30PM, depending on the day.
What I’ve consistently found is that serious buyers often show up during these less expected times. It also allows for more meaningful conversations about market trends, neighborhood insights, seller expectations, and building quality.
This Thursday at 3:30PM, I hosted a spontaneous weekday open house, met the right buyer, received an offer, and we’re now officially under contract.
A reminder: never underestimate creativity and consistency in real estate. Success often comes from showing up differently and being fully present for the clients we serve.
Happy Thursday.
