Three AI companies with a combined paper valuation approaching $3 trillion are preparing to go public. And this valuation is just between OpenAI +Anthropic
+Spacex. There are many more companies in IPO talks and a lot of them in San Francisco Bay Area, but we also have them in NYC, Austin, Seattle and beyond. Their employees are already worth millions — on paper. The mortgage system can’t apply the same strategy as for the usual income verification process.
These newly minted millionaires and billionaires cohort will buy properties too, but this time their assets will be more nationally and globally diversified.
