Congratulations to Elizabeth Myers, one of our paralegals who was recently being sworn in as an attorney in the State of California. We are so happy for you!!

Elizabeth is a native of Peru and a graduate of the prestigious National University of San Marcos. She was a judicial clerk to four judges and later became a legislative analyst and legal counselor to two government programs in Lima. In the US, she gravitated toward immigration law, became a certified paralegal and is now a barred attorney. What an incredible journey!!!

Has ICE Knocked On Your Door?” during a lunch seminar for the San Mateo County Employers Advisory Council (EAC) at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Foster City. Topics covered include Social Security No Match letters, I-9 audits, and recent CA laws on employer’s obligations when ICE visits.
