Since joining the firm in 2014, Salma has been a trusted and consistent presence for those navigating what is often a difficult and unfamiliar process. She takes the time to listen and helps people feel supported from the very first conversation. She guides clients through intake and coordinates their next steps with our personal injury and employment attorneys.

Before joining the firm, Salma spent over a decade in the humanitarian sector, where she advocated for women’s economic and social rights. That work continues to shape how she supports clients today.

Outside the office, Salma enjoys yoga, hiking, strength training, and reading. Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her granddaughter, Rumi.🫶
