15 years ago, Matt Quinlan contributed to the CA airline passenger bill of rights. That primarily involved tarmac delays, but it may be time to revisit this and expand protections/rights. 😡

Though deadly snow storm Elliot caused flight interruptions on the East Coast this week, passengers say Southwest Airlines blamed technical issues with their operating for recent cancelations.

By being aware of our society’s car-centric mentality, we can (and should) avoid creating dangerous b***y traps like this for bicyclists. 🚲 Allowing it to persist after knowing the trap was sprung is outrageous. Fix the grate!

There’s a bicycle b***y trap in the park. The Music Concourse manager refuses to fix it. The City Attorney and the Board of Supervisors must intervene.
